From the city, the resort provides a boat transfer to the resort. The wharf is located at Waterfront Davao Insular Hotel.

Q: Can we bring in pets?
Yes, small dogs or cats are allowed in the resort. Please see below Resort Pet Policy for your guidance.
PET POLICY
- Pet owners have to submit a copy of their pet’s updated vaccination record upon reservation. This must also be presented as well upon arrival at the resort.
- Pets must always be leashed, especially when strolling around the resort.
- Pet owners should not leave their pets unattended and assume full responsibility for cleaning up after their pets.
- Pets will be allowed inside the rooms and outlets of the resort. However, any damage to resort property shall be paid for by the pet owner.
- Pets are allowed to swim on the Beach. However, they are not allowed to swim in the Swimming Pools.
- Pet owners must bring towels for their pets.
- Pets that are aggressive, in heat, or sick are not allowed to enter the resort.
- Maximum of one (1) pet per guest.
- Chema’s By The Sea reserves the right to refuse entry to any pets if deemed necessary due to the public health and safety of our guests and other pets.
Q: What are your modes of payment?
Full payment for rooms and day tours is required before your arrival via Metrobank transfer.
Additional orders done in the resort can only be settled via cash as of the moment.
Q: Can we bring snacks?
Only light snacks such as chips can be brought in, free of charge. Please see below for the corkage fees:

Unfortunately, setting up of tents are not allowed in the resort.
