Fresh catch and meats are procured daily and prepared the local way from sugba (grilled), tola (boiled), and kinilaw (marinated in vinegar). Together with these local traditions are well-curated international dishes from coasts that complement the savory spread, all bursting with intense flavors and alluring aroma.
